Enrollment runs all year, with most spaces opening for fall.

Complete paperwork

Return health and emergency forms, including current immunization records required by state licensing.

Admission requirements

What we’ll need

California licensing requires a few records before the first day. We will send you the packet; none of it is complicated.

Age for the program Children ages 2 to 5. Placement is by age into the 2s, 3s and Pre-K classes.

Completed enrollment forms Interest Form, Application, Admission Agreement, Emergency Information Card, Photo Release, Sign In/Out Form, Volunteer Form and ACH bank form.

Immunization & health records State medical consent and health history forms LIC 627, 700, 701 and 702, plus the Personal Rights and Parent Rights forms LIC 613A and 995.

Registration fee The one-time $220 fee secures your child’s place.

Once you’ve toured and found the right class, this is where you reserve your child’s place. Complete the short form and we’ll follow up to confirm the class, collect the $220 registration fee, and send your enrollment packet.
